Wiser Recycling is recruiting a Site Operations Manager to oversee the effective, efficient, safe and profitable operation of their approved authorised treatment facilities (AATF) for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Site Operations Manager will be based in Hockwold, Norfolk and will be responsible for day-to-day operations across all AATFs including all recycling and reuse processes, vehicles and drivers.
With a remit that covers everything from training and managing staff and maintaining equipment to controlling budgets and reporting to directors, this is a challenging role at the forefront of WEEE recycling and reuse.
