Wiser Recycling was a runner-up in the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Innovation Award at the MRW Awards for Excellence last night.
This prestigious industry award recognises those in the recycling industry that have taken a creative and innovative approach to reducing the impact of WEEE.
Wiser Recycling was recognised for our strong performance in a difficult market and particularly for our investment in a Smash Boom Bang. The first of its kind in the UK, the German technology broadens our in-house capabilities to process small mixed WEEE. This innovative choice of equipment not only gives us processing capability for this growing waste stream but reduces our transport emissions and costs and improves the quality of the end product materials.

The award ceremony took place at the London Hilton on 6th July.
