WEEE reuse

All waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is screened for reuse potential and anything that can be repaired and refurbished (unless our customers have specifically requested otherwise) is separated.

The reusable WEEE undergoes comprehensive testing to PAS141 standards to ensure electrical safety as well as functionality.  The electrical and electronic equipment including washing machines, vacuum cleaners, coffee machines and computers is then resold directly or through our charity and social enterprise partners.

Electrical and electronic equipment that isn’t suitable for reuse will be dismantled so, where possible, component parts can be reused.
